Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor & Videographer to own the entire video production lifecycle. You will be responsible for shooting high-quality footage and transforming it into compelling video content that drives brand growth, educates our audience, and dominates social media feeds. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who is as comfortable behind a camera on location as they are behind a editing screen.

Videography & Production (Shooting):

Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content for various projects including product demonstrations, expert interviews, event coverage, and social media clips. Manage all aspects of on-location and studio filming, including setting up cameras, lighting, audio recording, and backdrops. Capture stable, well-framed, and properly exposed footage (b-roll, interviews, etc.) that aligns with the project's creative vision. Conduct pre-production planning, including storyboarding, shot lists, and location scouting.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into compelling narratives for marketing campaigns, social media, and training modules. Create engaging, platform-optimized vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) designed for virality and high engagement. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, tutorials) into snackable social clips and trailers. Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics (basic to intermediate), and audio sweetening to produce a polished final product. Manage media assets and maintain an organized library of raw and edited footage.

Content Strategy & Brand Management:

Collaborate with the marketing and Digital Team teams to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals. Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone. Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media platform best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

0- 2+ years

of professional experience in videography and video editing.

A strong portfolio/showreel is required.

Proven expertise in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, and audio recording equipment (lavalier mics, shotguns, etc.). Proficiency in lighting techniques for both studio and on-location shoots. Expert-level skills in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

Adobe After Effects

(or equivalent tools: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit social-first vertical video. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, composition, and detail. Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings optimized for web and social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,239.93 - ₹30,677.02 per month
