Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Videographer cum Video Editor to join our media and
communications team at ISKCON Bangalore. This full-time, on-site role focuses on capturing and
editing high-quality content during festivals, events, and programs held at Hare Krishna Hill and
other ISKCON centers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, and technically proficient - able
to handle both professional camera work and mobile-based shooting/editing when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture video and photo content during live events, festivals, and other programs using professional cameras and mobile devices. Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile apps to create high-quality
videos for social and archival use.

Incorporate motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and captions into video content. Be available for short-notice assignments, especially on weekends and festivals (Sunday
availability mandatory).messaging.

Travel as needed for shoots across locations including Vaikuntha Hill and Whitefield centers. Collaborate with internal teams to plan shoots and deliver media aligned with organizational Manage and archive footage efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have):

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in event videography and editing. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (demonstrated through portfolio or prior work). A showreel or video portfolio is mandatory - applications without it will not be considered. Willingness to work on Sundays, festivals, and respond to short-notice requirements. Must be ready to travel locally or regionally for events. Proficiency in mobile video shooting and editing using apps like InShot, CapCut, VN, etc. Ability to take event photographs along with video shooting responsibilities. Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow creative briefs with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Diploma or degree in media, filmmaking, communication, or a related field. Experience with live streaming setups. Familiarity with audio enhancement, color grading, and social media content formatting. Knowledge of Adobe Audition or Photoshop for supporting media tasks.
