Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate

Video Editor + Videographer

who can handle end-to-end video production for personal branding projects -- especially

doctor talk videos, educational reels, and storytelling content

. The ideal candidate understands how to create visually clean, engaging, and scroll-stopping content that performs well on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality talking videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes clips for doctors and healthcare professionals. Handle lighting, framing, and audio setup for professional talking-head shoots. Edit videos for various formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.) with engaging pacing, subtitles, and transitions. Maintain brand consistency, color grading, and tone across all videos. Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to translate scripts and briefs into visual stories. Organize and manage video files, backup footage, and maintain structured project folders. Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, and social media styles.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

DaVinci Resolve

. Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and editing for short-form social content. Hands-on experience with

DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras (e.g., Sony ZV-E10, Canon, etc.)

and gimbals. Basic understanding of color correction, audio cleanup, and LUTs. Familiarity with social media formats and current video trends. Ability to work independently during shoots and handle client-facing situations professionally.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
