Visual Storyteller & Video Editor Intern
who can capture real emotions, behind-the-scenes magic, and high-energy moments, and turn them into engaging visual content.
If you love shooting videos on mobile, editing fast-paced reels, and storytelling through visuals, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Content Capture
Capture high-quality videos at live events using a mobile device (preferably
iPhone 15 Pro Max or similar
).
Shoot candid moments, emotional highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and event details.
Record decor setups, guest experiences, and on-ground activities creatively.
Video Editing & Storytelling
Edit short-form videos, reels, BTS clips, and highlight edits quickly.
Use mobile editing apps like
InShot, CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush
, or similar tools.
Deliver content aligned with brand aesthetics and storytelling style.
Content & Platform Management
Work closely with the content, decor, and marketing teams.
Create content for
Decor Karkhana
and
Blossoms and Buds
social media platforms.
Organize and maintain a database of all client BTS videos and event footage.
Ensure timely delivery of content as per social media schedules.
Trends & Innovation
Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats, transitions, and audio.
Suggest fresh content ideas and storytelling approaches.
Adapt content as per Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-video platforms.
Requirements
Strong interest or experience in
mobile videography and video editing
.
Hands-on knowledge of mobile editing apps (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.).
Owns or has access to a
high-end smartphone
.
Good eye for composition, emotion, and storytelling.
Ability to work in fast-paced, live event environments.
Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines.
Social media-savvy with good time management skills.
Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic graphic design or motion graphics knowledge.
Prior experience with weddings, luxury events, or lifestyle content.
Understanding of
Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts algorithms
.
Basic knowledge of color grading and transitions.
