About Aikyam Agency Aikyam is a creative marketing agency specializing in branding, social media, content production, advertising, and website development. We create visually compelling content that makes brands stand out. We are looking for a Videographer who can shoot, direct, and create high-quality video content that tells powerful brand stories. Role Overview As a Videographer, you'll be responsible for shooting and producing video content for social media, brand campaigns, advertisements, and corporate projects. Whether you're a fresher with a strong eye for visuals or an experienced videographer ready to work on high-end productions, we have multiple roles available. Key Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level) For Freshers & Junior
Videographers: ? Assist in video shoots, setting up equipment, and lighting adjustments.
? Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and social media videos.
? Help with basic video editing, color correction, and footage organization.
? Research and stay updated on trending video styles and storytelling techniques.
? Work closely with editors and creative directors to execute projects. For Mid-Level & Senior Videographers:
? Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality brand videos, ads, interviews, and short films.
? Operate professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
? Ensure cinematic framing, composition, and storytelling in every shot.
? Collaborate with the creative team to bring unique visual concepts to life.
? Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Oversee post-production, working closely with editors and motion designers.
? Manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliveries. What We're Looking For For Freshers:
? Passion for filmmaking, photography, and visual storytelling.
? Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and composition.
? Willingness to learn and assist in video shoots. For Experienced Videographers:
? 2+ years of experience in videography, filmmaking, or commercial video production.
? Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting setups, and composition.
? Experience working with DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED, etc.).
? Ability to direct shoots and work in fast-paced environments.
? Familiarity with color grading, LUTs, and visual effects.
? Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Bonus Skills (For All Levels)
? Drone videography and aerial cinematography experience.
? Experience in slow-motion, hyper-lapse, and creative camera movements.
? Knowledge of 360 video, VR, and live streaming setups.
? Ability to shoot and edit product, event, and documentary-style videos.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
