Objectives of this Role

Maintain a high standard for video marketing deliverables. Ensure consistency in daily content creation. Strengthen social media presence and overall marketing strategies. Continuously improve video editing workflows. Create impactful content for diverse platforms and audiences. Stay updated with the latest video production and marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short- and long-form videos for Prajapati Advertising's website and social media platforms. Manage end-to-end video production including ideation, shooting, editing, and delivery. Ensure all videos align with marketing team specifications and brand guidelines. Incorporate creative feedback from stakeholders. Produce engaging and high-quality content that enhances digital campaigns. Maintain brand authenticity and consistency across all video projects.

Skills and QualificationsRequired Skills

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Strong communication and visual storytelling skills. Excellent attention to detail and creativity in shot selection. Solid understanding of fundamental video editing principles.

Preferred Skills

Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Experience working with multi-track audio editing. Knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, and encoding standards. Familiarity with high-resolution file transfer applications. Sound design expertise is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Video Editor in digital marketing or a similar role (3-5 years). Must own a bike, mobile, and laptop/computer. Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of delivering compelling presentations.
