Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit reels, short-form videos, ads, YouTube content, and podcast-style videos. Add smooth transitions, subtitles, effects, and maintain clean pacing across videos. Create simple to moderate motion graphics (animated text, elements, intros/outros). Work closely with the senior designer/creative lead to convert concepts into final deliverables. Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines. Explore new editing styles, creative trends, and suggest fresh ideas for campaigns.

AI Image & Video Creation

Create images and videos using AI tools for social media, ads, and creative campaigns. Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation tools. Experiment with AI-driven creative formats to improve speed, quality, and output. Collaborate with the creative team to integrate AI-generated assets into final edits.

Basic Graphic Design

Assist in creating simple social media posts, ads, presentations, and brand creatives. Design thumbnails and adapt/resize visuals for multiple platforms. Maintain consistency and quality across all creative assets.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

. Ability to create motion graphics using

Adobe After Effects

. Working knowledge of

Photoshop and/or Illustrator

. Experience with

AI image and video generation tools

. Strong understanding of

prompt writing

for AI-based creative tools. Understanding of social media video formats and current editing trends. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Professional course or diploma

in video editing, motion graphics, AI media creation, or a related field is preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
