Key Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a creative and skilled

Video Editor

who understands YouTube content deeply and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.

Strong hands-on experience with

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

(mandatory). Good command over

motion graphics & animations

using After Effects, Canva Pro, or CapCut Pro for hooks, intros, and transitions. Ability to design

high-CTR thumbnails

using Photoshop or Canva. Solid understanding of

color correction, grading, and sound design

for a clean, cinematic YouTube look. Knows how to export

4K / Full HD videos optimized for YouTube

. Strong sense of

storytelling, pacing, and audience retention

. Familiar with

YouTube trends, viral formats, captions, zooms, memes, and sound effects

. Can create clean intros/outros and smooth transitions.

2-4 years of YouTube editing experience

with portfolio. Reliable with deadlines, open to feedback, and willing to improve. Basic understanding of

YouTube SEO

is a plus.

Bonus:

Experience with

Shorts/Reels

and social media editing styles.

Essential Technical Skills

Proficiency in Editing Software

Thumbnail Editing

Creative Skills

& viral content editing style. Ability to create

Professional Qualities

2-4 years of proven

YouTube editing experience

(portfolio required). Strong

time management & consistency

- daily/weekly video delivery. Open to

feedback & revisions

. Basic knowledge of

YouTube SEO

(captions, titles, timestamps). Should be

creative & proactive

in suggesting editing ideas.
Extra Advantage (Preferred):

Experience with

long-form + shorts/reels editing
