Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum of

4-5 years

of professional experience as a Video Editor, Senior Editor, or a lead post-production role.

Portfolio:

An exceptional reel or portfolio demonstrating a strong range of editing styles, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency across different video formats.

Technical Mastery:

Expert proficiency in industry-standard video editing and motion graphics software, including

Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

. Proficiency in other tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D) is a plus.

Storytelling Focus:

Deep understanding of pacing, visual composition, color correction, and audio sweetening to maximize video impact.

Workflow Management:

Proven ability to manage complex projects with high volumes of footage, handle multiple edits simultaneously, and maintain efficiency under tight deadlines.

Remote Readiness:

Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and maintaining consistent communication across a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production:

Lead the post-production process for a variety of video projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, corporate videos, tutorials, and internal communications.

Creative Editing:

Utilize advanced editing techniques to create compelling visual narratives, ensuring all videos align with the project brief, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:

Design and animate engaging 2D/3D motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality and viewer experience.

Sound Design & Mixing:

Manage and refine audio elements, including music, voiceovers, sound effects, and dialogue, to ensure professional audio quality and a cohesive feel.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Creative Director, Content Strategists, and Marketing team to understand their vision and deliver video assets that meet strategic goals.

Mentorship & Quality Control:

Review and provide constructive feedback on video edits from junior team members or freelancers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to deadlines.

Asset Management:

Efficiently organize and manage all video footage, project files, and final assets for easy retrieval and archiving.

Important Work From Home Requirements

Own System:

The candidate

must have their own high-performance computer/workstation

(PC or Mac) with sufficient processing power, RAM, and storage necessary to smoothly handle high-resolution video editing and rendering tasks. A

reliable, high-speed internet connection

is also mandatory.

Remote Discipline:

Must demonstrate strong self-discipline and organizational skills to work effectively and maintain peak productivity while working from home.

Office Transition:

Must be open to transitioning to a hybrid or full-time office model in noida office when the company initiates this change in the future.
