Creative Video Editor / Digital Content Specialist

Aesthetica360 is seeking a

sharp, talented, and highly skilled Video Editor

to be the driving creative force behind our digital content. This high-impact role is crucial for growing the online presence of our multi-specialty clinic and our new training academy.

Key Responsibilities & Work

Your primary responsibility is to transform raw footage into professional,

highly engaging, and shareable video content

across all platforms. The work includes:

Clinic Content (Aesthetica360):

Creating compelling patient journeys, before-and-after transformations, short educational clips with doctors, procedure highlights, and brand storytelling videos for our

YouTube channel

.

Academy Content (The Aesthetical Institute of India):

Producing dynamic course promotional videos, editing long-form educational modules, faculty interviews, and success stories to drive student admissions.

Post-Production Mastery:

Handling the entire process from rough cut to final delivery, including motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and sourcing licensed music.

Performance Expectations

We expect a self-driven individual who understands that

speed and quality

are equally important for digital content success.

Autonomy:

Manage all post-production workflows independently, delivering polished content on schedule for a consistent upload calendar.

Engagement:

Videos must not only look professional but must be edited to maximize viewer retention, watch time, and conversion to client/student inquiries.

Candidate Profile

Proven proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro). A strong portfolio demonstrating skill in creating visually appealing and narratively compellingcontent. Ability to work closely with the management and marketing team while maintaining creative ownership.
