We run edit pages for movies, web series, lyrical videos, anime etc. Our goal is to deliver high quality, engaging edits that keep our audience hooked. We post regularly across [platforms: Instagram, YouTube, etc.].
Role Summary:
You'll lead the edit team: assigning tasks, reviewing output, ensuring consistency and quality, and coordinating with the posting / graphics teams. You'll ensure every edit meets style, deadline, and quality standards before it gets posted.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign editing tasks to editors based on skill and workload.
Review all drafts & do quality checks (video/audio sync, graphics, transitions, color, style).
Give precise feedback and monitor revisions.
Maintain a style guide / editing standards.
Manage deadlines, versioning, delivery schedules.
Onboard, train, and mentor editors.
Keep track of performance metrics (quality, speed, revision rates).
Coordinate with other teams (graphics, posting) to ensure smooth flow.
Suggest improvements in workflow, templates, tools to increase efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience as an editor + managing or supervising editors.
Portfolio showing relevant work (lyrical, anime, movie/web series edits).
Strong technical skills in editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication & feedback skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Bonus:
Animation / motion graphics knowledge.
Experience with color grading.
Experience with trending edit styles on social media.
Knowledge of copyright / licensing for music / visuals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
