Part-Time Video Creator Needed (Noida)

I'm looking for a creative video editor + videographer to help me grow my Instagram & YouTube channels.

This is a monthly paid role (?10,000/month), with scope to grow as we work together.

Role & Responsibilities

Shooting (On-Site, Noida) ? 2 days/week, 8 hours per day (Reels + YouTube content). Editing (Remote/WFH) ? 7-12 Instagram Reels per week (basic captions, transitions, effects). 3-6 YouTube Video Vlogs/Music Videos per week (edit, cut, sync, transitions). Thumbnails for YouTube/IG. Deliver videos in correct formats, ready to upload. Deadlines: reels within 48 hrs, long video within 5 days.
Requirements

Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar,Photoshop). Comfortable with shooting on DSLR/phone (if you have your own camera, even better). Creative mindset + willing to experiment with new ideas. Must be able to come to Noida for shooting (rest can be remote).
Compensation

?10,000/month (fixed). Payment on the 7th week of every succeeding month.
