Key Responsibilities:

Video Shooting

Handle DSLR/professional camera for real estate property shoots. Capture interiors, exteriors, drone/aerial footage (if skilled), and walkthrough videos. Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and smooth shooting angles.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into professional, engaging property videos. Add branding, background music, voiceovers, transitions, and effects. Create content for property listings, social media reels, advertisements, and presentations.

Creative Work

Design short promotional clips, lifestyle videos, and marketing creatives. Work with the marketing/sales team to align content with brand identity. Suggest new video concepts and creative ideas for showcasing real estate projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

camera handling & video editing

(portfolio preferred). Proficiency in tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop

. Knowledge of

real estate video trends

(walkthroughs, reels, property showcases). Creativity with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
