We are seeking a passionate and creative
Video Editor
to join our team. As a Video Editor Intern, you will work closely with our production team to edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube and other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio, develop editing skills, and gain industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos for YouTube and social media platforms.
Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and special effects to enhance video quality.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and dimensions.
Incorporate feedback from team members to make revisions and improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
Assist in organizing and managing media assets, including footage, graphics, and sound files.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge video editing software, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects is a plus).
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing skills (please include links in your application).
