This is a
high-ownership role
for someone who is not only skilled in editing but also understands how to use AI-powered tools to generate dynamic content efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging
reels, ads, promotional videos
, and
product explainers
tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Work with
AI video and image generation tools
to enhance or automate elements of content creation
Design visually strong
thumbnail images, storyboards, and transitions
to boost video engagement
Use raw footage, stock content, or AI-generated visuals to deliver final, polished video outputs
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual consistency and branding
Optimize videos for performance -- fast cuts, strong hooks, platform-specific lengths
Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels or social-first edits
Assist in creative direction for shoots and video projects
