Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Video Editor to transform raw class recordings into professional, high-quality content. You will be responsible for editing full-length lectures for our LMS, creating engaging summaries for YouTube, and producing viral-style clips for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Content: Edit raw classroom footage into structured, clean educational videos. This includes trimming dead air, improving audio clarity, and inserting relevant slides or graphics to enhance learning.
YouTube Management: Repurpose long-form content into engaging 10-15 minute YouTube videos. You will be responsible for creating hooks, adding text overlays, and ensuring a fast-paced narrative.
Short-Form Social (Reels/Shorts): Identify "viral-worthy" moments from classes to create 30-60 second vertical videos. This includes adding dynamic captions, trending music, and high-impact transitions.
Post-Production: Perform color correction, sound balancing, and audio syncing to maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
Asset Management: Organize raw footage and maintain a clear file structure for easy retrieval and future repurposing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Software Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Social Expertise: Deep understanding of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, and native trends) for YouTube and Instagram.
Educational Storytelling: Ability to structure complex information into a logical, easy-to-follow sequence.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in audio cleanup (removing background noise) and basic motion graphics (text animations/lower thirds).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience editing for digital platforms or educational brands preferred.
Preferred Tools (2025 Trends):
Experience with AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Descript for transcript-based editing or CapCut Desktop for fast short-form turns).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,280.20 - ₹34,330.26 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
