Responsibilities and Duties

Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, ads, product demos, and campaigns. Work with the marketing and design team to brainstorm fresh video ideas. Add music, graphics, animations, and effects to enhance storytelling. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage video assets, maintain brand style, and ensure high-quality output. Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, social media formats, and tools.

Qualifications and Skills

0-2 years of experience in video editing (internships or freelance projects count). Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing. Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of pacing and storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Bonus: Skills in animation, illustration, or shooting video footage.

Preferred

Experience creating content for startups, brands, or social media. Understanding of YouTube SEO or social media algorithms. A showreel/portfolio that highlights your best work.
