Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong command over editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Canva/ Photoshop Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, training, or digital marketing content Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video optimisation. Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for: Plan and execute Social media Operations (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, student testimonials, promotional content) Add engaging transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and background music Write engaging

video scripts, captions, hooks, and descriptions

aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives Participate in

content planning

, including ideation, campaign planning, and monthly content calendars Ensure

brand consistency

in visuals, fonts, colours, messaging, and tone across all platforms Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and content teams to understand campaign goals and audience targeting Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement Organize and manage raw footage, project files, assets, and final outputs systematically Analyze performance metrics and suggest

to enhance audience engagement and conversion.
