Position Overview:

As a Video Editor, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning videos that align with our brand image and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets for various digital platforms (

)and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong creative flair, excellent design skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and videos that convey key messages and enhance our brand identity across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design and messaging. Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, infographics, banners, brochures, and presentations. Edit and enhance videos, including trimming footage, adding transitions, applying visual effects, and integrating audio to produce high-quality videos that engage and captivate the audience. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of videos. Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, video footage, and project files to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and proactively bring new and innovative ideas to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content, to ensure visuals align with overall brand strategy and objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design and video materials. Continuously refine and improve design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual content and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a digital or marketing environment. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations that convey messages effectively. Strong video editing skills, including trimming, cropping, adding effects, and integrating audio. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within given timelines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative design and video concepts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video editing work.
