Role Overview

WePix is looking for a

creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor

who can turn raw footage (mobile + professional shoots + founder videos + UGC) into high-retention, scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and brand campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Edit

Reels, Shorts, Ads, and lifestyle videos

for fashion brands. Transform founder-led raw videos into

high-retention, engaging content

. Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, color grading, and sound design. Create ad-friendly videos with strong hooks and clean layouts.

Brand & Creative Tasks

Maintain consistent brand tone, typography, and aesthetic across videos. Re-purpose long-form recordings (client calls, workshops, BTS content) into micro-content. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and the strategy team for campaign ideas.

Technical Execution

Strong understanding of Reels/Shorts pacing, trend adaptation, audio syncing, and storytelling. Handle multi-platform exports (IG, Meta Ads, YouTube, Pinterest). Organize project files, maintain editing workflows, and meet deadlines.

RequirementsEssential Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Desktop, or DaVinci Resolve

. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and sound design. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver clean, premium-quality output.

Good to Have

Experience editing

fashion content, product films, and model shoots

. Basic motion graphics knowledge (text anims, overlays, shape motions). Understanding of Meta Ad creative frameworks.

Mindset

Fast learner and problem-solver. Team player with a positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
