Responsibilities

Edit footage

: Split or combine video clips, and adjust formats and file sizes

Add graphics and sound

: Add titles, motion graphics, and other sound effects

Review and correct

: Check for mistakes in the finished product before submitting it for review

Export and distribute

: Export videos for mobile and web distribution

Work with others

: Collaborate with directors, producers, and other visual media professionals

Technical knowledge

: Be proficient in video editing software and post-production tools

: Ensure each transition and scene is precise and smooth

: Prioritize tasks and manage work hours to meet deadlines
