Role Overview

As a

Video Editor

, you will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually engaging and high-quality content for

YouTube (long-form videos & shorts)

and

Instagram

(reels, carousels, and posts)

.

Key Responsibilities

Edit

long-form YouTube videos

such as tutorials, interviews, and testimonials with smooth transitions, sound design, and pacing. Design and edit

Instagram posts, carousels, and thumbnails

using Canva or Photoshop. Add

subtitles, effects, transitions, and background music

to enhance content quality. Repurpose long videos into short clips for multiple platforms.

Schedule posts and reels

on social media platforms (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.) as per content calendar.

Required Skills

Knowledge of

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut

. Ability to handle both

long-form and short-form editing

. Knowledge or experience in

scheduling posts/reels

using social media tools. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and deliver under deadlines.

Good to Have

Familiarity with

Canva or Photoshop

for

graphic design and thumbnails

. Basic understanding of

motion graphics or animation

. Awareness of

YouTube SEO

and

content optimization techniques

.
