Job Title:

Video Editor.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into compelling video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, broadcast, internal use). Add music, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, animations, and visual effects. Ensure color correction, audio mixing, and overall video quality. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and target audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in video editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Final Cut Pro

DaVinci Resolve

After Effects

(for motion graphics and compositing) Strong understanding of post-production processes including audio syncing, color grading, and compression. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting for different platforms. Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and shooting techniques is a plus.
