Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and fast-paced

Video Editor

to join the Mr. Cosmo India creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting sharp, engaging, and emotionally resonant video content -- from high-energy reels and cinematic trailers to behind-the-scenes edits, audition recaps, and press launch highlights.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form and long-form content including teasers, promos, audition reels, and event videos Create dynamic transitions, sound design, and text overlays aligned with our brand tone Collaborate closely with the videographer, creative director, and marketing team Adapt edits for multiple platforms: Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook Deliver quick turnarounds for time-sensitive campaigns Maintain organized project files and backups
Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and visual pacing Ability to work with raw footage and enhance quality with color correction and audio sync Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending social formats Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:

Motion graphics or basic After Effects knowledge Experience editing fashion, pageant, or lifestyle content Sound design skills or access to royalty-free music libraries Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is a plus
Compensation:

Permanent - Competitive based on experience and speed Potential for longer-term collaboration during finalist grooming and event phases
