Pursue Productions is a creative media company known for its innovative and high-quality work across photography, videography, ad films, weddings, and corporate content. With in-house brands like

Weddin

(wedding films) and

Konceptz Studios

(commercial/creative video production), we are expanding our creative team and looking for passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into engaging videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Ads, etc.) Create wedding films, promotional videos, ad commercials, and cinematic edits. Add music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, color grading, and effects as needed. Collaborate with creative team, cinematographers, and clients to understand project goals. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Ensure final edits meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor

(showreel or portfolio required). Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

,

Final Cut Pro

,

After Effects

, and

DaVinci Resolve

. Knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and video optimisation for social media. Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity. Ability to work with feedback and make necessary revisions quickly. Basic knowledge of videography and shooting techniques is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

Motion graphics and animation Photoshop or Lightroom for thumbnail/poster creation Experience in social media content formats (Reels, Shorts)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM(Sundays & public holidays off unless working on special assignments)

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
