The Video Editor must have a proven track record to craft captivating visual narratives that captivate and inspire our clients. As a key member of our team, you\'ll collaborate closely with our Lead Video Editor and other production team members to curate digital content that resonates with our client\'s audience, aligning seamlessly with their brand identity and objectives. Daily Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of each project\'s narrative and objectives Initiate projects and collaborate with our sales and digital marketing teams to define the visual style and essence of each video Curate and assemble diverse media elements into our editing software, ensuring compatibility and quality standards Craft compelling videos with flawless transitions, incorporating music, interviews, and other elements to bring stories to life Ensure the final presentation of videos meets specifications and exceeds expectations Scrutinize videos against scripts and storyboards for accuracy and excellence prior to reviews Coordinate schedules and timelines for multiple projects, liaising with talent and production team members Maintain meticulous organization of client files in Dropbox, Vimeo, or other platforms, ensuring seamless workflow and accessibility through project revisions Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Lead Video Editor to adhere to schedules and budgets, providing regular updates on project progress Communicate updates and daily workloads to all teams actively engaged with project progress during daily scrums
