Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our textile industry team. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our products, processes, and brand story. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the textile industry, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos. Responsibilities: 1. Video Editing: - Edit raw video footage into polished, cohesive, and engaging videos that align with the brand\'s vision and goals. - Enhance video content through color correction, audio adjustments, and visual effects to ensure high-quality output. 2. Content Creation: - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that effectively communicate our products, processes, and brand identity. - Translate ideas and concepts into compelling video narratives that resonate with our target audience. 3. Storyboarding and Planning: - Work with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists that outline the sequence of scenes, transitions, and visual elements required for each video project. 4. Footage Management: - Organize and manage video assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects. - Maintain a library of stock footage, animations, and visual effects that can be utilized across various projects. 5. Technical Proficiency: - Stay updated with the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends to ensure the highest quality output and efficiency. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software, hardware, and video file forma 6. Deadlines and Time Management: - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably within the textile or related industry. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, and audio editing. - Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing videos. - Knowledge of the textile industry, its processes, and terminology is a significant advantage. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
