Dapolitwist is seeking a talented and fast-paced Video Editor to join our team at the Sonipat Head Office. The candidate should be creative, politically aware, and capable of producing impactful video content for election campaigns, social media, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality videos for political campaigns, rallies, interviews, announcements, and social media content.

Create short reels, highlight clips, promotional videos, and documentary-style content.

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.

Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to understand campaign messaging and objectives.

Work with raw footage, images, scripts, and voiceovers to produce engaging videos.

Ensure all videos match brand guidelines and campaign tone.

Manage multiple edits simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Stay updated with social media video trends and formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/showreel required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to create political, emotional, and impactful edits.

Strong sense of timing, color grading, audio syncing, and visual effects.

Ability to work under pressure and meet fast-moving campaign deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience in political or election campaign video editing.

Knowledge of motion graphics, templates, and animation.

Ability to work independently with creative ideas.
