Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative female video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing videos for real estate projects and other digital content creation. The candidate should be proficient in video editing software and possess a strong creative vision. This role will involve editing videos for YouTube, social media platforms, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate projects and promotional content. Collaborate with the content creation team to create engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media content. Ensure videos align with branding and messaging requirements. Incorporate music, sound effects, and transitions to enhance the viewer experience. Review and edit footage to create visually appealing and compelling stories. Handle color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics when needed. Maintain a structured workflow and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate or related fields. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Creative thinking and ability to implement feedback effectively. Strong understanding of social media trends and video formats for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation skills is a plus.
