We need a creative machine to transform raw medical footage into a viral patient-acquisition engine.

4. Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

High-Volume Output:

Edit and deliver a

minimum of 6 high-retention videos

(Reels/Shorts) daily.

Authority Cutting:

Identify or create viral hooks from raw medical footage.

Growth Management:

Manage organic posting and engagement on IG & Youtube.

Trend Adaptation:

Rapidly apply trending formats to medical niches.

5. Skills & KPIs

Skills:

Expert in Premiere/CapCut or anyother video editing tools, high-speed workflow, and direct-response copywriting.

KPIs:

9 videos/day, 60%+ Hook Rate, and monthly growth in "Views, likes, Saves" and "Shares."
