About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging, trendy, and high-quality social media content. You'll work closely with the social media team to create scroll-stopping videos that align with current trends and our brand's storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, reels, and viral content formats.
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
- Edit videos using voiceovers, AI-generated elements, text overlays, music, and dynamic visuals.
- Ensure all videos are brand-aligned, engaging, and meet platform-specific standards.
- Manage end-to-end post-production from raw footage to final delivery.
- Maintain a quick turnaround time without compromising quality.
- Work on both static and motion content as needed (posts, ads, reels, stories).

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally in a social media or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Awareness of the latest social media trends, sounds, and creative editing styles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with an eye for what works on social media.

Good to Have:

- Experience working with AI-based editing tools or automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement patterns.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
