GoGreater is looking for

creative and detail-oriented Video Editors

who understand how content behaves on social media and in digital advertising environments. The role involves editing raw video footage provided by clients and transforming it into high-performing videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and paid digital campaigns.

If you understand pacing, hooks, formats, and how to keep viewers watching past the first three seconds, this role will feel like home.

Key Responsibilities

Edit client-provided raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital ads Adapt videos for multiple formats and aspect ratios (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Feed, Ads, etc.) Apply basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects where required Ensure brand consistency, visual clarity, and platform-specific best practices Collaborate with the internal team to meet creative briefs and deadlines Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1-2 years of professional experience

in video editing Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and/or

Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media specifications Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual flow Ability to work efficiently under deadlines Attention to detail and openness to feedback
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience editing videos specifically for

paid ads or performance marketing campaigns

Basic knowledge of sound design, subtitles, and color correction Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging content trends A portfolio or sample work demonstrating social media or ad-focused edits Experience in generating AI videos
