Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Editing:

Create, edit, and produce engaging

Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos

for social media. Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics for professional-quality output. Bring

unique and creative concepts

to life through storytelling and editing. Repurpose video content across different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X). Work with marketing and design teams to plan and execute

video campaigns and ad creatives

.

Graphic Design & Creative Posts:

Design visually appealing posts, infographics, event creatives, and promotional banners. Ensure every design aligns with the

brand's tone and aesthetics

. Contribute innovative ideas for

marketing campaigns and brand storytelling

.

Social Media Management:

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms. Write engaging captions and use hashtags strategically for better reach and engagement. Monitor trends, viral content formats, and create timely videos or posts. Collaborate with teams to plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

video editing and social media content creation

. Strong knowledge of tools like:

Video Editing:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, etc.

Design Tools:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Passion for

creative marketing and digital storytelling

. Excellent communication in

Telugu and English

. Strong understanding of

social media trends and audience behavior

. Ability to

ideate, shoot, and edit

quickly with attention to detail. Team player with a

positive attitude and innovative mindset

.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience in

managing brand or company social media pages

. Knowledge of

animation, motion graphics, or photography

. Experience in

ad video creation

or campaign-based content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
