Video Clip Editor & Capture Specialist Job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Video Clip Editor & Capture Specialist

to record, edit, and produce high-quality video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical capture skills, a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to tell compelling stories through video.

Key Responsibilities

Video Capture & Recording

Capture high-quality video footage using cameras, screen capture software, or in-game recording tools Set up and manage audio, lighting, and recording environments Capture live events, gameplay, interviews, or product demos as required

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software Add transitions, graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction Sync audio and video for optimal quality Maintain consistent branding and visual style

Content Optimization

Export and format videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, ads) Create short-form clips, highlights, and promotional cuts Optimize video length, resolution, and aspect ratios

Collaboration & Workflow

Work closely with creative, marketing, or production teams Manage project timelines and deliver assets on schedule Organize and maintain video assets and file structures
Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a video editor, content creator, or capture specialist Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.) Experience with screen capture, gameplay recording, or live capture tools (OBS, Shadow Play, capture cards) Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression Attention to detail and strong storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and basic animation Knowledge of audio editing and sound design Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices Experience in marketing, or digital media production
Technical Skills

Video Editing & Color Correction Screen & Gameplay Capture Audio Editing & Mixing Motion Graphics (Basic) File Management & Archiving
Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Creative problem-solving Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
