Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required to effectively modify and enhance video content..
• Must possess a good understanding of motion graphics for creating engaging animations and transitions.
• Experience with color grading to adjust and balance the image's color scheme for consistency.
• Understanding of video compression techniques to optimize video files for different platforms.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into finished content that matches the director's vision.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the storytelling capability of the video.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all video content.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing for high-quality output.
• Resolve complex technical video editing issues and achieve creative goals through innovative solutions.
