Job Summary:

We are seeking a

creative and trend-savvy Reels Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that aligns with our brand identity and helps boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Create eye-catching transitions, captions, and effects that align with current social media trends. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video ideas and content strategies. Repurpose long-form content into engaging short videos. Stay up to date with trending audio, styles, and formats across social platforms. Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and meet platform specifications. Optimize videos for engagement, storytelling, and viewer retention. Manage and organize video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Reels or short-form video editor. Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects. Strong understanding of social media trends, timing, and visual storytelling. Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with a good sense of humor and trend awareness. Basic knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing. Familiarity with analytics and understanding what drives engagement. Photography or videography experience is an added advantage.
