Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, reels, and brand campaigns.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs and objectives.
Maintain brand consistency and visual style across all video outputs.
Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest editing styles, tools, and social media video trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor (preferably in a digital agency or media environment).
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Good sense of music, pacing, and timing in video storytelling.
Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to take feedback constructively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience in shooting or cinematography will be a plus.
Understanding of social media trends, meme culture, and short-form video platforms like Reels and TikTok.
