Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals, storyboards, and shot lists.
Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, to capture high-quality footage.
Scout locations and manage shoot logistics (permits, schedules, etc.).
Work directly with on-camera talent and manage the crew as needed.
Ensure proper framing, exposure, and composition for all footage.
Post-Production (Editing)
Import, organise, and manage video files and assets.
Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, colour correction, and motion graphics where needed.
Maintain brand consistency and creative vision across all edits.
Produce multiple video formats (horizontal, vertical, square) for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Creative & Technical Input
Offer creative ideas during concept development and scriptwriting phases.
Stay current with video trends, storytelling styles, and platform-specific best practices.
Advise on equipment, software, and process improvements to enhance production value.
Project Management
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Archive and back up video content in an organised manner.
Communicate regularly with clients/stakeholders to provide progress updates and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
Proficient in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Understanding of colour grading, audio editing, and video compression.
Ability to work independently and with a creative team.
