Job Overview:

We're looking for a talented and creative

Video Editor

with a passion for podcasts, storytelling, and visual content. You will be responsible for editing podcast videos (video & audio format), reels, teasers, and YouTube content using professional editing tools. If you can make conversations come alive with slick edits, engaging motion graphics, and high-quality audio-video sync, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Edit long-form podcast episodes and repurpose them into reels, shorts, and highlights Add captions, transitions, branding elements, intros/outros, and effects Enhance audio clarity and sync audio with video footage Create promotional clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc. Work closely with the creative and marketing team to understand episode themes Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand visuals Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently Ensure final output is platform-optimized (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum

1.5 years of experience

in video editing, preferably in podcast content Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

is a must Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and podcast content formats Audio editing and noise reduction skills are a plus Portfolio of past podcast or content edits required
