Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor
to produce high-quality video content that supports our brand storytelling, event promotions, interviews and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage into compelling visual stories aligned with the 1WN brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, website and events
Create engaging videos from conferences, exhibitions, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
Edit promotional videos, highlight reels, reels/shorts and announcement videos
Apply branding elements such as logos, lower-thirds, captions and intro/outro animations
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and timelines
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, social media)
Manage raw footage, project files and final exports efficiently
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or sample work required)
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar tools
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual aesthetics
Experience with motion graphics, subtitles and basic animations is a plus
Understanding of social media video formats and trends
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing corporate, event, or B2B marketing videos
Familiarity with brand guidelines and professional visual standards
Knowledge of sound design, color correction and basic visual effects
