To strengthen our creative and marketing team, we are seeking a
Video Editor & Graphic Designer
who can professionally transform raw content into powerful visual communication pieces for multiple platforms.
Role Overview
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will serve as a
mediator between raw artisan stories, brand leadership narratives, and final high-quality media content
. The role goes beyond basic video cutting and requires deep expertise in
storytelling, editing, graphic design, and digital marketing alignment
.
The individual must be capable of handling three major categories of video and design work:
Artisan and Craft Storytelling Videos
- Documenting the life, skills, and stories of artisans, showing the process of creating handicrafts, capturing the cultural heritage, and transforming these into professional short and long-form videos that emotionally connect with global audiences.
Founder-Led Sales and Marketing Videos
- Editing and producing videos featuring
Sumit Pareek (Co-Founder)
where he explains handicrafts, the business potential of exports, and sales-driven narratives designed to attract customers, buyers, and participants for HeartfulCraft's initiatives. These videos should follow
sales-letter and ad-style editing
formats used in high-converting social media campaigns.
Export Process and Educational Videos
- Creating explainer-style videos that describe how the export process works, how artisans' products reach buyers, and how HeartfulCraft ensures quality, packaging, and delivery. These videos should simplify complex processes into easy-to-understand visuals for both training and marketing purposes.
In addition to videos, the candidate will manage a significant part of
graphic design and brand identity creation
, including product catalog design, digital brochures, PDF documents, product cards, website banners, and creative assets for social media. The role also includes preparing design materials for both
B2B buyers and international export partners
.
Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation
Edit and produce
storytelling videos
about artisans and their handicrafts, using raw field footage and transforming it into polished heritage-driven films.
Create
sales-driven videos
featuring co-founder Sumit Pareek, optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
Produce
educational and training videos
that explain the export business model and product supply chain in a professional, easy-to-grasp format.
Craft
emotionally appealing product videos
that highlight the uniqueness of GI-tagged crafts, using the right color tones, music, subtitles, and visual rhythm.
Deliver
ad-quality short videos
similar to globally recognized high-converting formats (e.g., Alex Hormozi-style fast cuts, text overlays, high-impact storytelling).
Graphic Design & Documentation
Design
product catalogs, brochures, and flyers
using professional tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Create
PDF documents, branded decks, and sales proposals
for international buyers and partners.
Develop
product cards
with accurate descriptions, prices, and imagery for buyers.
Update and enhance
product images
for the HeartfulCraft website and digital stores.
Support the team in preparing
packaging designs, labels, and brand collaterals
to align with international standards.
Website & Digital Support
Work closely with the web team to upload and manage product visuals in an organized and visually appealing format.
Assist in creating
banners, icons, and promotional creatives
for HeartfulCraft's website.
Ensure all content uploaded to the website maintains a
luxury handicraft aesthetic
aligned with HeartfulCraft's brand positioning.
Brand Storytelling & Marketing Alignment
Align every video and design project with the
creative direction of Founder Aashiya Khan
.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring that the
heritage, premium, and emotional essence of HeartfulCraft
is always reflected.
Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare
paid ad creatives
designed for international audiences.
Suggest innovative editing formats, music choices, and storytelling methods to enhance impact.
Required Skills & Tools
Video Editing Software Proficiency:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro.
Graphic Design Software:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
AI Tools Knowledge (Preferred):
Runway, Pika Labs, MidJourney, ChatGPT-based creative workflows for enhanced storytelling and automation.
Export-Oriented Design Skills:
Experience in creating
product catalogs, marketing brochures, and B2B documents
.
Strong sense of
color correction, lighting adjustment, cinematic transitions, and mood-driven editing
.
Ability to
merge traditional cultural visuals with modern digital presentation
.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction while also offering independent suggestions.
A high-performance laptop or workstation capable of handling professional editing workflows.
