Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form content (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos for Sillima Wellness Deliver edits quickly without compromising quality Add subtitles, transitions, effects, music, and basic motion graphics Follow content trends and platform-specific formats Coordinate closely with the internal content and marketing team Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Maintain consistency with brand tone, style, and visual standards
Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro Ability to work fast-paced and handle urgent editing requirements Strong understanding of social media algorithms and video retention Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual flow Must be flexible and open to revisions Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with the company

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts Basic knowledge of thumbnails and content optimization
