Job Title: Video Editor cum Graphic Designer

Experience: 2-5 years in video editing and graphic design

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content and graphic designs that showcase our properties and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

2. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and brochures for marketing materials.

3. Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual stories that showcase properties and amenities.

4. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines.

5. Collaboration: Work with marketing team to develop creative concepts.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design

2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)

3. Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

4. Creativity and attention to detail

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of real estate marketing

2. Experience with 3D animation or virtual tours

3. Familiarity with social media platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
