Job Profile: Videographer & Video Editor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Videographer & Video Editor. This role is integral to capturing and showcasing the essence of our manufacturing processes, machinery, products, and factory environment through high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and a basic understanding of video production techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production:

- Capture high-quality video footage of manufacturing processes, machinery, products, and the factory environment.

- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras to shoot videos, ensuring optimal framing and composition.

- Set up and adjust lighting to enhance video quality and match the desired aesthetic.

- Record clear and high-quality audio to accompany video content.

2. Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate the desired message and story.

- Utilize video editing software to cut, trim, and assemble video clips, adding effects, transitions, and music as needed.

- Ensure videos are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the company's quality standards.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to understand video requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts.

- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

4. Content Management:

- Organize and maintain a library of video content for easy access and retrieval.

- Ensure all video content is backed up and archived appropriately.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in videography and video editing.

- Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance video quality and storytelling.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of camera operations, including DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

- Knowledge of framing, lighting, and audio recording techniques.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in videography and video editing is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.

- Understanding of color grading and correction techniques.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
