Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali for an Experienced Video Editor.
The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for marketing, branding, and educational purposes. The role requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to deliver engaging visual content consistent with the company's brand identity.

Responsibilities

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional video content

2. Add appropriate sound, music, graphics, animations, and visual effects

3. Create short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and content requirements

5. Ensure brand consistency, logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and high-quality output

6. Manage video shoots when required, including setup and coordination

7. Maintain a well-organized library of media files and project assets

8. Stay updated with current trends in video editing, motion graphics, and social media formats

9. Work efficiently to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of past work

2. Proficiency in video editing softwares

3. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills

4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities

5. Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred

6. Experience in shooting video content is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
