This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

with a passion for storytelling through podcasts and visual content. If you live and breathe editing, enjoy refining long-form conversations into engaging episodes, and have a knack for bringing personality and flow to every frame -- we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble podcast episodes (video & audio) into polished final outputs for YouTube, Spotify, and social platforms. Add intros, outros, transitions, music, captions, and branding elements to enhance viewer engagement. Sync multi-camera footage and high-quality audio for a seamless listening and viewing experience. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to maintain storytelling consistency and brand tone. Create short highlight clips, teasers, and reels from podcast episodes for social media promotion. Ensure all edits align with the brand's aesthetic and message. Organize and manage raw files, project timelines, and final deliverables efficiently.

Nice to Have:

Awareness of trending podcast formats, social cuts, and engagement-driven visuals. A creative eye for detail and a love for clean, professional edits.
