Job Description

The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into finished projects that align with the company's creative vision and marketing goals. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a strong sense of storytelling, timing, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into compelling, polished content for marketing, social media, advertisements, and internal use. Work with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and visual direction. Add sound effects, music, voiceovers, graphics, and animation to enhance visual storytelling. Color-correct and adjust lighting and exposure to ensure consistency and quality. Create motion graphics and simple animations (where applicable). Manage and organize video files, project assets, and backups efficiently. Stay updated on video editing trends, styles, and emerging technologies. Ensure timely delivery of projects under tight deadlines. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain confidentiality and adhere to brand guidelines across all video outputs.
