: Creative Designer

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office Based)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our

team in Mohali. The ideal candidate is an expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), has a strong background in video editing, and is

passionate about creating visually compelling designs and engaging content.

Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, or SEO is a plus and will make you stand out!

Key Responsibilities:

? Graphic Design:

? Create stunning visuals, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.

? Design marketing materials, social media posts, banners, brochures,

advertisements, and presentations.

? Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that

align with brand goals.

? Video Editing:

? Edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and

promotional content.

? Add motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe

Premiere Pro and After Effects.

? Ensure videos tell compelling stories and meet brand guidelines.

? Creative Strategy:

? Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for campaigns and projects.

? Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and industry

standards.

? Work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful visuals and

videos.

? Bonus Skills (Preferred):

? WordPress: Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates or

design enhancements.

? Canva: Ability to create quick and professional designs using Canva for

ad-hoc needs.

? SEO: Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize visual and video content

for better reach.

Requirements:

? Technical Skills:

? Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,

After Effects, etc.).

? Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.

? Basic knowledge of sound editing is a plus.

? Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, or SEO is preferred but not

mandatory.

? Experience:

? Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.

? A portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills is mandatory.

? Soft Skills:

? Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.

? Strong communication and collaboration skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
