About the Position

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms, transforming raw video footage into compelling and visually engaging content, assemble footage, add visual effects, and enhance the overall production quality. You will collaborate with the creative team and other stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

What your job roles look like?

Create high-quality designs, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and other marketing collaterals. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives. Conduct research and stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure the use of best practices in graphic design. Utilize design software and tools, such Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, to create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Maintain brand consistency throughout all designs and ensure they meet the established visual guidelines and standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives by providing visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate key messages. Edit raw video footage to create high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations. Trim, rearrange, and fine-tune footage to create a story, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions. Add and synchronize audio tracks, sound effects, and background music to enhance the visual impact and emotional resonance of the videos. Apply visual effects, color grading, and other post-production techniques to enhance the visual aesthetics and overall production quality. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and technical requirements.

Required tool kit of your talent & experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, Media Studies or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum work

experience of 1 to 2 years

as Video Editor or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects. Proficient in video editing software, such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is must.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design. Familiarity with visual effects software, such as Adobe After Effects, and the ability to enhance videos with motion graphics and visual elements. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design concepts that meet project objectives. Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
