Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Video Editor

to manage and edit video content recorded in our podcast room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw podcast footage into high-quality, engaging video content suitable for YouTube, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Edit multi-camera podcast recordings (video and audio sync) Clean and enhance audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, clarity) Add graphics, lower thirds, titles, intros/outros, and subtitles Create short-form clips and highlights for social media (Reels, Shorts) Color correct and color grade video footage Maintain consistent branding and visual style Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content teams Organize and manage video files and backups Meet deadlines and deliver content on schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Video Editor (podcast or talk-show experience preferred) Proficiency in video editing software Strong understanding of audio editing tools (Audition, Pro Tools, or similar) Experience with multi-camera editing workflows Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices Attention to detail and storytelling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

Experience editing podcasts or long-form interview content Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) Knowledge of YouTube optimization and thumbnails Basic understanding of podcast production and studio equipment

Pay: ?13,431.31 - ?20,000.00 per month
